What I cant understand is why the conductor didnt see the person being dragged in the first place. As for pulling the cord when no emergency exists, that happens along with knuckleheads (drunk?) pulling the cord when they miss their stop. But for 5 non emergency pulls v/s one life saving one, its worth stopping the train IMO. You dont know if an emergency exists until the train stops. |
