I wonder why Janno Leiber said precautions are being taken to handle stored trains at Howard Beach? He said flood doors were placed at Howard Beach.

What HIGH GROUND do you have in mind?

Clearing Coney Island and using middle track on Culver and West End in Brooklyn?

Right now it looks like there aren't even any delays in places you'd expect delays.
