About one month letter a group of us entered through a manhole cover near the R train Cortland Street Station to inspect the damage. I was by one of the tracks and stepped over the rail. There was no ground on the other side and my right leg slid down through the mud up to my hip. Luckily we had a policeman with us who pulled me up. There also was someone from London Underground security with us and several more from the MTA. I have a picture after we got out to remember the occurrence. |
