2019 – from The Book of First Runs

This is the first day of service for the M-9 electric MU cars on the Long Island Railroad.
The first train of M-9 electric MU cars enters revenue service today as train No. 1621 departing from Huntington Station at 6:50 AM.
The consist was (w) 9015-6, 9007-8, 9005-6 and 9001-2.
