(and even for a few years when the station was actually used by LIRR trains as a terminal station),





My fantasy is for a WAMTA type car from LIRR Atlantic Ave Brooklyn through Montague tunnel, terminate at Chambers and exit over the Manhattan bridge back to Atlantic LIRR.

Two tracks could be dedicated for loading and discharging passengers.

The east end terminal may be Jamaica or the old Belmont multi-platform station and storage

A big loop!
