Since I lived along this corridor(249th St.) for many years, let me add my perspective. When commuting to High school and 2 years of college, I would have welcomed anything thatvwould have spared me the 30-45 minute bus ride to Union Turnpike-kew Gardens Sta. Even with a seat, that bus trip was torture. |
