There's is or was something similar on the Lex Grand Central. They use chillers with a fan. The water comes from GCT, as a result of the renovation.The cooling at Grand Central Lex goes back to 1999. https://www.nydailynews.com/1999/06/10/way-cool-system-for-grand-central-2/ But it still involves cool air blown onto people. If I understand "radiant cooling" it involves warm area radiating from sweaty passengers. |
