Like most heypaul questions, it is posed in a typically moronic way. The fact is that all four contact shoes are connected to a common bus. That does not mean that you will get a shock if you touch one. In order to get a shock from any one contact shoe, three conditions must be met.1) the shoe is electrically connected to the bus. 2) at keast one shoe is in contact with a voltage source. 3) the person touching it must be electrically grounded to complete the circuit. |
