Back in 1967 the "F" ran between 179th Street-Jamaica and Broadway-Lafayette Street M-F from 6 AM to 8 PM. At all other times it terminated at 34th Street-Sixth Avenue.

For a six week period the Lafayette Street trains were extended to Second Avenue.
