IAWTP. Pedestrians should never be expected to know all of the signs and signals being shown to drivers. Thus, when I'm driving, even in a situation where a right turn is the only possible legal maneuver, I still signal that turn. The signal would be redundant to drivers behind me who know they also have to make the same turn anyway, but not necessarily to pedestrians who haven't had the time or perspective to study the layout/signage.
