In my part of Queens, I rode QBL and the R10s did not serve there until maybe the mid-late 70s.I remember seeing them working on the GG, which ran to Continental Avenue at that time. By then they were in MTA blue and silver. I always admired their looks: tough, functional and yet elegant. |
