You probably heard of the "targeting" shooting onboard a MARTA train on Friday?

As for that poor grandmother, may she rest in eternal peace. As for John Elijah Matthews, I can only hope the public defender retains a moral compass in addition to his/her/they ethical responsibility. As for MARTA, for the love of G-d and all that is good and decent, can you please stop using the most overused platitude/hackneyed phrasing that is rivaled only by the statement "Safety remains our top priority.", released by airlines after EVERY incident, for not only laziness but a perceived lack of sincerity.


MARTA Statement:

“This was a senseless and heartbreaking loss. We mourn with Margaret Swan’s loved ones and extend our deepest sympathies during this incredibly difficult time.
