NYC is mostly safe, but you don't want to be on a bus or subway train between 2:15 and 3:00 when school kids are released.Yeah you def out of the Loop.. Kids acting out of pocket in the Subway is a all day, all night affair now.. I wont even get into the Surfers, the Ones roaming in the tunnels stealing trains, the ones who assault coworkers and steal their tools, the vandals who are stealing parts of New Tech equipment now... |
