National Avenue, formerly Grand Avenue, is the traditional main road into Corona. It is much more convenient for persons destined for central Corona, compared to Junction Boulevard. Arguably, 104th Street is slightly closer to central Corona than National Avenue. But National Avenue is both the traditional road and convenient to central Corona, and its infrastructure is best able to accommodate a restored Corona station. The reasons to keep the station at National Avenue outweigh those for moving it to Junction Boulevard. |
