NYC is changing.High rise condos have popped up everywhere and continue to do so. That neighborhood is one neighborhood that has new condos and more are coming. This demographic will pay for LIRR. Anyway, the M and R do offer decent service, during the week. On weekends, Queens residents are frustrated with R local service. I think it would work. These young people who work in IT and Ai or whatever might support a quicker ride from Elmhurst to Manhattan. Right now, I think an investigation into gentrification of East New York should be a thread. |
