I saw on a video made in Brazil years ago teenagers surfing on top of a railroad passenger car right next to the high votage catenary wire ! In Brazil the overhead is higher voltage than on the Northeast Corridor - yet the kids still go for it. I cannot explain the mentality. No girl can fall in love with a dead boy.
