JFC this is going to be an absolute shitshow. 2102 has been running for years and the posse of train chasers is still insane. Consider that there will be a strong incentive to chase vs ride because so many people have ridden the route and one can get better photos chasing.

I wonder if they'll round trip #4014 or have #2102 run the train back given that #4014 is going to hang out in Scranton for a bit. It might also start in Pittston and run to Mach Chunk or Nesquehoning.

Major difference vs 2102 will be the oil fireing resulting in less/few cinders.
