Posted by LuchAAA on Wed Apr 1 12:40:32 2026 The condominium on Park Lane South and 101st St in Richmond Hill was a smoking pipe factory with a spur track on the abandoned LIRR Rockaway ROW.Turns out someone decided to put the switch lever and the little ground signal mast with red and green aspects, in the basement decades ago. The super never realized it's value and is putting up for sale on the internet. link |
