The hallway in the 7 year out of date video was walled off to be filled with a new transformer. Another example of a once convenient piece of a subway station closed off rather than cleaned up and regularly patrolled. Of course in a society where we don't adequately tax the overly rich, there is no money after all of the patronage payouts for things that actually benefit the citizenry at large. As to addict behavior, if we truly cared, there would be rehab/support adequate to the need. We clearly prefer to merely confine them to ever uglier areas of our cities as if they were not fellow humans.Back to rivet counting. |
