And that 40% is a tiny percentage of their earnings/net worth. Warren Buffet pointed out that his secretary paid more actual income tax than he did.
So when the one way fare hits $3 that will be 10x jan 70. If you were employed then (I worked at a bookstore on St Marks) and still in the same trade, has your hourly jumped by the same factor?
