No 1 Service Suspended between 215th Street and 242 Street |

Posted by irtredbirdr33 on Thu Dec 18 05:56:52 2025 Service is still suspended (6 AM) on the IRT Broadway Line between 215th Street and 242nd Street on the IRT Broadway Line. A work train was passing over the Broadway Bridge when a crane on one of the cars elevated to a raised position. It then struck an overhead crossbeam on the bridge. The accident occurred sometime in the afternoon of December 17. Currently No 1 trains are being turned at 215th Street. Larry, RedbirdR33 |
