Those areas people respect the system don’t break equipment jump
On tracks assault transit workers and other passengers..

The mindset in those areas are nothing like the mindset in NYC..

Night and day.

That’s the main issue with this Bill worker and passenger safety..

Some Folks can say whatever they want how “it works in other areas”…
