TD most of us aren't holding our breath on it passing..Yet what's in play is this.. Current OPTO Rules will stay as they are Such as the Shuttles. This is just More of the fact that a 8 car Mikey Train wont be going OPTO from CTL to Met during the Rush Hour. Yet it can STILL be put in the Contract IF she dont pass the Bill and if the Union OKs it.. That's another story. |
