At the end of the PM rush, a few RR layups from 95th St ran light to Chambers St and laid up on the H tracks N/O the station. In the AM M-F, those same trains were put in S/B and ran in service from Chambers to 95th St where they went into service as N/B Bankers’ Specials. |
