If i recall correctly there was a cigar smoking motor instructor Callaghan who broke us in on Jamaica P-Wire and we got to do our classroom in there. Nolan Reed was our breakin at Pitkin Yd and we used the three seater R10

Did #3189 have the third seats at that time ? They were removed at some time and currently not there.
