The Spring Garden Station closure on the Broad-Ridge Spur made sense at the time: Few people used it, and even now there really isn't the development there to warrant re-opening it (and the line does not run on Sundays). The station on the main branch of the Broad Street line is two blocks away (the spur station was at 12th Street). |
