Posted by LuchAAA on Mon Jul 7 18:18:44 2025 The train appears at @2:48 for those uninterested in wrestling.This is Marcy Ave, Manhattan-bound, and they just worked out at Frenchie's Gym. Notice they pay their fare!!!! Then an R-27/30 enters the station and they board the train. It looks like they legit rode as passengers to get back to Manhattan. As a fan I ask, why didn't they simply use Mid-City Gym and I think the answer is that Roddy Piper was seen training there a week earlier on WWF tv. Rivals can't use the same gym so Hogan and Mr. T were burdened with having to go to Frenchie's for the footage. Can you imagine what the motorman and conductor were thinking with all the commotion of having Mr. T and Hulk Hogan on the train? |
