I think that the point of the article is that even with the line being incomplete and isolated, higher ridership was expected. Instead of growing, it's been dropping.Still Seattle Link has a high ridership per mile even with this less used line. It's only 2,400 ppm, but that's pretty high post-pandemic for American light rail. Maybe only Boston and SF are higher in that metric. |
