I also wonder how an NTT car wouldn't have some sort of password-protected lockout such that an operator would have to enter at least a valid badge number and password in order to operate the train and maybe even a biometric factor to boot. It could even have a camera that requires a human dispatcher to make eye contact with the operator before unlocking. Additional required information might be a line and run number, destination, and so forth. |
