The Qs did NOT have to have had their roofs lowered to travel the Bway Subway since all BMT el cars in Queens service had to use it to access Coney Island Yard for heavy maintenance. If that were the case, then how would the newly rebuilt Qs been able to get from CIYd where they were rebuilt to the IRT Queens lines? |
