The stop arm part, I’m not sure of, but the Astoria line retained most of the IRT signaling till new signals were installed on the Astoria Line. Interestingly, the signals at Ditmars were modified to display BMT style aspects while signals at Beebe Ave interlocking continued to display IRT style aspects till replaced by the new signals. |
