Interesting Fleet and great captures. The type of tech used on these cars is similar to what Budd wanted to implement on the R-62A order had they won the contract.

This subway system was intended to extend much further with multiple lines that were never built.

It is sad that Miami didn't preserve a single pair of their Budd UTVs as all of those have been scrapped and removed from property, the final surviving pairs sat on the Dadeland tail tracks in 2023 before being removed.

Fortunately about 13 hours of footage exist on YouTube of their final weeks in service in 2020 by Yours Truly.

Curious to see what Baltimore's Hitachi replacements look like in person and how soon they'll begin testing and entering service.
