Yes, a new bridge would require money, and it isn't clear if the ROW is available. A bridge for bikes though doesn't have to be heavy duty so not as much as a road bridge.It took years to build the trail over the wetlands between Millerton and Copake Falls. I don't know what the railroad did through there but it is basically a very long bridge for the trail. I rode through there about a month ago for the first time. |
