IRT No. 7 Flushing Expresses run between Times Square and Main Street. BMT No. 9 Flushing "Express" Shuttles run between Queensboro Plaza and Main Street. 1965 – from The Book of Last Runs This is the final day of passenger train service on the Adirondack Division of the New York Central Railroad. 1982 – from The Book of First Runs Electric train service begins today on the section of Conrail's North Jersey Coast Line between South Amboy and Mattawan.
