You are referring to the R36ML cars which were numbered 9524-9557 and all of them had Westinghouse propulsion systems like the R36WF cars 9346-9523. They were the least numerous A division SMEE cars. I believe that 9542-9543 is the only R36ML pair still in existence. These cars were moved around between the 1,3,6, and 7 lines during the time they ran in revenue service.
