It splits the L line and connects on end to the A and the other to the E through downtown.When I was last in LA I observed but did not ride the L in Pasadena and the E in Santa Monica. While I would have taken it since I was actually staying in Santa Monica and needed to go to Pasadena, there was more to the party than just me. LA is such a PITA to get around. Not only did we have to go between those two places but we also had a family gathering in Chatsworth in the far corner of the valley. They were 25, 30 and 34 miles apart from each other. Factor in LA traffic and it was at least an hour every time, if not more. |
