Question about Rockaway Beach LIRR line. |

Posted by LuchAAA on Sat Dec 3 05:58:25 2022 Was wondering about the old LIRR Rockaway Beach line.It splits from the mainline in Rego Park. From there it's two tracks all the way to south of Atlantic Ave. In Ozone Park it's four tracks until Howard Beach. Does anyone know why LIRR planners designed the line this way? |
