The tunnel through the Cemetery seems to be the problem.However, the MTA stated that taking some land on either side of the row would reduce the need for street running. Also,there are other locations that are similar to those constraints in Brooklyn, that will be dealt with in a similar manner. I'm sure there will be other obstacles and challenges that included NIMBY objections. I'm also sure that this line is a strong candidate for being built. |
