Re: Major IND Concourse Line Service Disruptions.

Concourse was one of the first, opened in 1933. Only the 8th Avenue core from 207-Hudson Terminal (WTC) and the extension to Jay Street opened earlier. The last part opened before WWII was the 6th Avenue line north of W4 in December 1940.

The money running out was the Fulton Line to Rockaway Avenue in 1936. It was extended to ENY in 1946 and 76th Euclid in 1948.
