Back when it was built, the Kingsbridge Road station, on one of the walls that are off-limits to passengers, had a 'Z' turned sideways to spell out 'KINGSBRIDGE'. Hope that's preserved in some way. It was only in one other station (since refurbished, therefore you can't see it anymore) - Queens Plaza on the IND Queens Boulevard line. |
