That second shot of the R-17 may be from a much earlier time when a train or 2 of R-17s might have been sent to Queens for testing. For one thing it has peoper signs which the 17s during the fair time did not. Also the car does not have seal beam headlights installed and by the time of then fair, all the R-17s were sealed beam equipped, |
