OK, checking and comparing the photo and Google Maps, I agree with your disagree, so I fully stand corrected on this matter. My directional compass in my brain did not fully kick in at the right mode, but I will admit this as a mistake on my part.Looking at the image carefully, the R-1/9's is signed up as an "HH" going to Rockaway Park. The train is indeed leaving Beach 98th-Playland on its way to Beach 105th-Seaside, and to think I have taken so many numerous times over that route through the years of this transit hobby.
