Wouldn't they need the same time to review his road travel arrangements? It's the same thing.Either way, I wouldn't imagine that's how it works. It's the government. They have preset options that come with logistics in place for such last minute changes. For whatever reason, driving is option number 2. Or at least it was in this instance. |
