I think certain medical settings are an appropriate place for perpetual PPE use, including masks. In some settings, even preventing the spread of the common cold is worth mask-wearing because of the consequences of a cold for certain people.Building on something I said earlier, while a doctor's office or other medical facilities might have a higher than normal proportion of people in poor health, the subway is the opposite. People who are sick or are otherwise in poor health would find the subway too difficult to manage. |
