First, no they wouldn’t as ERs are legally obligated to treat all.But there are limits. What if you walked in with a lit cigarette? I think you would be escorted to the door. What if you walked in with an unconcealed weapon (which would almost certainly be against hospital policy even if that same weapon was legal on the street)? |
