I don't even remember a brief section between stations, such as across a valley, that it goes above ground.The Toronto subway is also mostly below ground. But there are a few times it sees sunlight, either crossing a valley or at some of the newer stations near the end of a line. And the Scarborough #3 line, slated for demolition and replacement, is mostly grade level or above ground. |
