Primos on the Media/Elwyn Line starts the PM set:

Climbing the hill at Saxer Ave. on the "other" Media Line:

The DeKalb St. stop on the Norristown High Speed line usually has some maintenance equipment on the siding and this day was no different. A nearly new Plasser-American PMC50-MT50 combo was photographed while I waited for the trains to come. The PMC50 can be ordered with different options including the ability to move itself and a limited amount of cars but I didn't see any traction motors or fuel tanks on SEPTA EMC3632. Different size cabs and a line of appliances such as the crane, generator and air compressor for pneumatic tools pictured here are available:

So apparently the Rail King is used for the "locomotive" part:

First train is a pair of N5s on the curve at the top of the climb out of the Schuylkill River Valley:

Then down the hill to the next stop at Hughes Park. It is at the end of this tangent that the junction will be built for the extension to the King of Prussia Mall:

A few minutes later a pair climbs from the southwest:

Note the last image has a platform shelter with DeKalb St. signage. Oddly enough the entrance to the parking lot still has the old station sign:

Last stop is Bridgeport at the south end of the Schuylkill River bridge. The Philadelphia and Western constructed this bridge in 1912 and the most recent refurbishment was completed in 2009. This single-track structure, 3,850'-0" long on a curving alignment, combines trestle approaches with open deck truss spans over the Schuylkill River. Is it the longest interurban bridge ever constructed?

Double track the rest of the way to 69th St. Terminal begins south of the platform:
