How would either shuttle be able to serve Pitkin Yd? The Rock Pk shuttle goes nowhere near Pitkin Yd and the Lefferts shuttle would have to go into the Yd and change ends to access Euclid and in doing so would also have to bypass 80 (Hudson) St and Grant Ave.
