Second system.The plan had the Culver And West End hook connecting at Tenth Avenue,then continuing along Ft Hamilton avenue. One branch split off heading to the Staten Island Narrows Tunnel... while the other branch went to 86th st. It was comprehensive,and would have dealt with large gaps in the Transit network that still exists to this day in south Brooklyn,And Staten Island. This is one particular route that Should have been built. |
