The earliest plans did call for a connection to the Pelham Line. Sometime in the 1970s, it was decided to leave the Pelham Line with the IRT and instead, connect it to the Wh Pl Rd Line at E 180 St due to its close proximity to the Dyre Ave Line at that location. Of course, in the end nothing happened and probably never will. |
